First of all, I want to congratulate the owner of the Bill who is a Member of my Committee, the Public Investments Committee (PIC), Hon. Chris Wamalwa. The Bill establishes the Institute of Directors of Kenya. I think the Institute will also be issuing certificate of registration to its members annually as a form of quality assurance to the public bodies, entities, enterprises and companies.
