If you cross over from a private institution to a public institution, you should go through this kind of training and certification however you call it. It could be for a week or month. There were some timelines being mentioned but it is terribly important that they do. We know what happens in private institutions. They may be truly making profits but maybe that is not all we are looking for in the public institutions."
