    "content": "When it comes to Government companies or parastatals vis-a-vis the private companies, we have a system of appointment of directors. When a person decides to start a company, we do not look at their background, their capacity to work or professional qualifications. So, this institute will have a lot of work in sorting out people and giving them the relevant training. When it comes to Government parastatals, there is a mechanism used to appoint directors and there is provision for their capacity building within the functions of that particular parastatal.
