    "content": "The Bill speaks to existing directors and lacks intake mechanism for new directors. When this is left open then we might have a problem. Also 100 per cent inclusion might be problematic so there is a lot which the sponsor of this Bill needs to do. Therefore, there is a lot that the sponsor of this Bill will need to do once we get to the Committee of the whole House. We need to look at this Bill and make it universally applicable, in view of law-making in this country. I support."
