    "content": "Cervical cancer has become terror to girls and women. Cancer has become merciless to girls and women in the world today. As my colleague has said, cervical cancer kills over 3,000 women in the country every year. It is high time we said that we can no longer wait to lose more women in the country. Cervical cancer has become one of the most common diseases in East and Central Africa. Therefore, I rise to second the Motion by saying that it is high time the Government of Kenya woke up to the reality and realised that we can no longer sit and watch people die mercilessly and hopelessly and yet we know the Government can take care."
