    "content": "It is about time, as a House, we rose to the occasion and ensured that measures are put in place to address this issue. When HIV/AIDS first struck, it took a strong intervention and cries of the entire nation to address it. Today, we are witnessing low levels of HIV/AIDS in terms of reported cases. That is a success in the entire world because we want to eliminate the disease. I think cancer should be declared a national disaster so that all the efforts and energies of the Government should be directed towards addressing this menace."
