    "content": "We went to Nkoroi in Kajiado County and found issues of land compensation emanating from the Standard Gauge Railway (SGR). There are also issues of compensation of land owners on the Eldoret Bypass. When officers of the NLC compulsorily acquire land that belongs to public or private individuals, the law is very clear that the owners must be compensated immediately and should not be used for other mischievous purposes. Land is a very emotive issue, and that is what Prof. Tom Ojienda would say. We must find a way of acting upon it."
