    "content": "First is on the issue of drugs. At times, our health centres have lacked stock for critical drugs. When these drugs are not there, the poor Kenyans would not be able to afford them in private pharmacies. That can really affect the lives of our people. Therefore, the procurement system must be improved if we have to improve the welfare of our people. Drugs for HIV/Aids victims must also be made available at any one time because this is a very important segment of our society and must not be at the mercy of private hospitals."
