    "content": "I would like to highlight how this contract system can be used to abuse workers. For instance, if a new Government takes over before someone’s contract is over, new people might be brought in, who are favoured by the current regime to replace the existing ones. The contract of most CEOs in the corporate bodies is six years. There is a lot of nepotism in the organizations that by the time a CEO finishes his contract, he has filled the organizations with people from his tribe."
