They have developed what they are calling e-health Rwanda, which as we talk now, has done wonders in terms of service delivery in health matters. The context is that health information and technology in Rwanda is a quickly growing industry with many stakeholders. The national Government, several NGOs and private sectors have come in to ensure that it works and is a success."
