    "content": "Thank you, Madam Temporary Speaker, for giving me this opportunity. I rise to support this all-important Motion by our sister Sen. Pareno. This is a very timely Motion. As the Vice-chairperson of the Committee on Information and Technology, I would like to say that this is just precisely the kind of thing that we have been thinking we need to innovate around the challenges that we have in this country regarding service provision. We see e-health or telemedicine as a solution through ICT that would ease the burden of access, cost and efficiency.
