"content": " Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, we have come very far as a Ministry. Our challenge as a Ministry has been health care financing and I want to thank the Treasury, specifically for increasing the budget of the Ministry of Public Health and Sanitation. The other challenge has been, of course, human resource. This country requires about 76,000 nurses to offer proper health care. At the moment, we have only 17,000 nurses in the public sector and another, maybe, 17,000 in the private sector. You can see that we have a long way to go. I want to thank the Government for allowing us to employ 15 more nurses per constituency this financial year."
