This year, it is Kshs50 million, next year, Kshs70 million and the year after, Kshs80 million. Could the Minister tell us when will this building be completed? This is because you will notice that under the Teachers Service Commission (TSC), there is actually under Head No.841, Kshs30 million, termination this Financial Year and in the following year, there is no further provision. I am sure a building must be finished within a reasonable time."
