So, you either have the principal Act with you or you can follow the back page of this Bill. Clause 4 of the Bill seeks to amend and repeal Section 18 of the Principal NDMA Act in order to delete all the provisions and sections within Clause 4 and Section 18 which is establishing the National Drought Emergency Fund and substituting it with provisions providing for the sources of funds to the authority."
