    "content": "I want to cite few objects of this Bill, which I think will go a long way in addressing the challenges of drought. One of them is that it is going to facilitate preparedness and timely response. Many times, the biggest challenge is poor response to drought. The amendment of this Bill is going to create effective and efficient management of resources in order to address the challenges caused by drought. Therefore, I support this Bill, so that people in the affected areas can enjoy support during the time of drought."
