    "content": " I thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker for giving me this opportunity. I also thank my colleagues. I was away in my constituency and have just landed. I heard this matter was coming to the Floor and is very critical and so, I had to rush from Wilson Airport quickly to attend to Hon. Members because my Committee respects Hon. Members. Secondly, I will not give my opinion because that will be prejudicial to what the CS is coming to do on Thursday. I want to assure Hon. Members that I have heard their concerns. This is within Article 95 of the Constitution, that this House handles issues that affect the people. So, when issues reach this level, they are within Article 95 of the Constitution.
