    "content": "Section 250 says as follows:- “Unless ex-officio shall be appointed for a single term of six years and is not eligible for re-appointment---“ We have already appointed them. Their six year term starts now. By constitutional fear, if you carry the amendment making December the elections date, their term will end in November, 2017, a month before the election of 2017. That is the reason why we feel that this amendment will necessitate even further amendments. Thirdly, my colleague read Section 160, but let me refer to Section 165(3) which says as follows:- “The High Court enjoys unlimited jurisdiction including jurisdiction to hear any question respecting the interpretation of this Constitution”."
