    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. Is the Minister in order to mislead this House that we are saying that this Parliament cannot amend the Constitution? In fact, our complaint is that the Minister is bringing three issues in an omnibus manner, therefore, reducing the whole of this constitutional amendment into something like a Miscellaneous Statute (Amendment) Bill. Is he in order to mislead this House?"
