The Chair does not understand why you are saying that this has not been drawn to your attention and yet complaints from hon. Members indicate that this was received at the Attorney-General’s Chambers on 10th December, 2009. By just perusing through some of the information which is very elaborate – I am sure once you get access to it, you will also be shocked – you will realise that this is a matter that needs urgent attention and it concerns more or less the Question in place. The Chair, therefore, directs that you, first of all, have the opportunity to go through these documents. You should have an opportunity to read what has been laid on the Table. The Chair further directs that this Question appears on the Order Paper on---"
