    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I do not know why Members are excited. The Report was laid on the Table of the Senate, on Thursday, 21st November, 2019. Following the tabling of the said Report, a number of stakeholders have come forth seeking to submit their views and comments on the Bill. The reason for withdrawing the Report is, therefore, to allow the Committee to receive and consider additional views and table a more comprehensive report taking into account all submissions received by the Committee. The women have a reason to smile considering they requested that we withdraw the report---"
