    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, for the reasons given, I want to support. But I want to express one concern. Why is it that the Government has chosen to avoid listing down the bigger Votes? They are bringing the smaller Votes from the various departments of the Ministries and leaving out the bigger ones. Is it a strategy that the Government is trying to avoid scrutiny of these Votes so that they can have these Votes go through Guillotine? We request that the Government seriously considers bringing the kind of Votes that are carrying most of the weight of the Budget that we voted in this place, so that we can discuss those Votes and the smaller Votes can go through the Guillotine procedure."
