    "content": " Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I wish to thank the Members who have contributed and remind them that when that schedule was drawn--- Dr. Khalwale is a Member of the House Business Committee, I count on him tonight for us to bring in the other Ministries, if the House Business Committee allows us to do so. Unfortunately, I was not privy to the problem that was there last week because I was not here, but in any case, I caught up with it. I think it is within the arrangements of the House Business Committee to satisfy that requirement from the House. I shall, definitely, convey that to Dr. Khalwale, hon. Karua and the rest later this afternoon. I am sure we shall come up with the Ministries that the House can debate more seriously."
