    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, now that the issue before-hand has left a bad taste on both sides and now that the Report has been tabled before this House, and knowing fully that we cannot proceed in this manner when temperatures on both sides are high, would I be in order that we cease the moment of the constitutional process before us that, indeed, this is a moment for the Building Bridges Initiative (BBI) that every side ceases to bring forth the kind of vitriol I am seeing and come back to sobriety? We should accommodate each other in the spirit of the Constitution in terms of equity and equality in all aspects."
