"content": "On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. Is it in order for the Minister to continue misleading this House by asking us questions as to whether it is possible to bring in several amendments through one Bill yet the Constitution is very clear in Article 256? The Minister is a lawyer and should understand this better. In Article 256(d), the Constitution says that:- “A Bill to amend this Constitution may not address any other matter apart from consequential amendments to legislation arising from the Bill”."
