Speaker, pursuant to the provisions of Standing Order No.44(2)(a), I rise to give the following Statement on behalf of the House Business Committee (HBC) following its meeting held on Tuesday, 19th November 2019. On Tuesday, next week, the House will consider the Nuclear Regulatory Bill, 2018 in the Committee of the Whole House. I, therefore, wish to urge all Members who may have amendments to this Bill and have not submitted them to the Office of the Clerk to do so before Monday at noon."
