    "content": "Section 16(e) of the Parliamentary Powers and Privileges Act provides for the conduct which constitute breach. It states that the National Assembly Committee of Powers and Privileges may find a Member in breach of privilege, if he or she conducts himself or herself in a manner which, in the opinion of the Committee, is intended or is likely to reflect adversely on the dignity or integrity of Parliament or of its Members, or to be contrary to their best interest."
