    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, let me state that after Copenhagen; there have been several subsequent technical meetings in Bonn, Germany, attempting to formulate an agreed road map towards COP16 in Cancun, Mexico, at the end of this year. My Ministry is clearly following the ongoing process and is addressing climate change issues through National Climate Change Response Strategy which we launched in Copenhagen and also here in Kenya early this year."
