    "content": "Insurance companies will go down or under like any other business on the issue of compensation. We like the proposal to enhance the mandate and representation of the Board of Trustees that manage the Compensation Fund. With these few remarks, I support the Bill and urge Members to support and conclude this matter as soon as possible."
