    "content": "Mr. Speaker Sir, I beg to lay the following Paper on the Table of the Senate today, Thursday, 21st November, 2019. The report of the Standing Committee on Roads and Transportation on its initiated inquiries on projects undertaken by Kenya Maritime Authority, Kenya Ferry Services and National Social Security Fund. If I seek your indulgence, you had given a directive that the report by this Committee be tabled yesterday. I want to report that we endeavoured to have the report tabled, but because of some of the clearances which are required to be done within the processes of laying the report, that was not possible yesterday. But it was ready and it is hereby tabled."
