    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I want to take this opportunity to, again, thank the Minister for Environment and Mineral Resources for the good work he is doing. I can say that for the short time Mr. Michuki has been in the Ministry of Environment and Mineral Resources, we have seen significant changes in the Ministry. Particularly, as some of my colleagues have said, none of us believed that the Nairobi River could be cleaned. I want to thank the Minister for the great job he has done."
