Since it was decreed that it was urgent, we plead with you to urgently direct the Ministry to give us answers. If you can give them as a short as one week, that would be hallelujah to us because they also gave us a very short time to act in this matter. There was a rumour out there that this number had some devils in it. There were people who were intending to bewitch Kenyans. You have heard what Members are saying. It appears that where Sen. Wetangula and I come from, we know witches are there, perhaps this number is being used by witches."
