Cheruiyot is suggesting that the decision made by the Select Committee that considered the impeachment proceedings of Gov. Samboja received phone calls or that their decision was influenced by people other than the Members of that Committee. Sen. Cheruiyot has suggested that the Members of that Select Committee were coerced, cajoled, persuaded or otherwise caused them to make a decision other than a decision that would lead to a proper judgement."
