    "content": "First, we have to understand what the county assembly is doing. Once we identify the gaps and challenges that the Committee has, we speak to the executive. At the point when we are speaking to both, we handle issues and address them. When our Committee is handling issues from a Committee, the Chairperson of that Committee becomes part of our sitting when we sit with the executive. That way he, at least, knows his rights, because I am sorry to say this is one of the Committees that is least understood by most county assemblies."
