    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, it is interesting to note that the delegation to this conference was very highly skewed towards Members of the National Assembly. If I look at the membership of the delegation, I find that probably Sen. Faki was the only Member who came from the Senate. He aptly represented us, and I am happy that he brought this report."
