    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, I think Rwanda is getting there, but how sustainable is that? As a country and a region unless we remove the “I” mentality and we have the “we” mentality as a nation, then this economy will crumble in our faces. I think this is a challenge we need to address together. The Legislative arm of Government has tried in terms of putting a lot of legislations in place. We need the good will to ensure that those legislations are implemented by those who use tax payers’ money, who are in charge of prosecution, investigation or audit. They need to come out so that this dragon called corruption is tamed so that the inequality within our citizens is minimized so that our development agenda can move to the next level.
