However, it will be important if the Minister could shed a little light on how the various water boards will be sharing out this Kshs17 billion. I seek this clarification because I think my constituency falls within the Rift Valley Water Services Board. I want to appreciate the help that we received from the Permanent Secretary and the Minister. I think there is an over-emphasis on the lower parts of this water catchment areas and less emphasis on the upper highland areas where there is the source of water.
