    "content": "The fact that the Hon. Member got a written document from the TSC is also good enough. The Chair must have communicated with the TSC. However, in the event that he needs to appear before the Committee and also face the TSC, it could just be because of the examinations and mostly the CEO of the TSC has been in the field.
