    "content": "The reason for that is that when the amendment was done initially, there was an error in referring to the whole of sub-clause (b) in terms of deletion. So, what we are doing now is to redraft it so that we retain what is in the Bill and introduce the amendment which was done by the Committee. That is the reason."
