    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady. I also rise to support this amendment. Of interest to me is the fact that there will be very close consultations between the National Treasury and the Controller of Budget in terms of the approval process so that for any money to be withdrawn from the exchequer accounts, the National Treasury has to consult the Controller of Budget to get the approval. This is very important and I support this amendment. Thank you."
