We had Members who proposed 10 years. I listened carefully. I did not hear you mention the number of years. Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, if you do not mind, I wanted to clarify further. We were keen with the number of years and that was the bone of contention. I remember last time Members thought we should have minimum qualifications like the judge of the high court, but we opposed it.
