    "content": " Thank you. The amendment we have effected is to the effect that other persons, apart from lawyers, do not qualify to sit as county attorneys. We have made a consideration that the number of years will be a consideration while recruiting. So, we have opened up the position to all qualified young advocates and senior advocates, but a determination will be made by the recruiting panel as to how many years they will require."
