    "content": " Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I oppose that amendment because it will be prone to abuse. The issue of people putting a minimum is because we do not want it to be abused. We want it to; at least, have a minimum of seven years so that you have experience. In most of these institutions, it also goes with seniority. In the legal profession, education profession or even in health education, it goes with seniority. We must have a minimum basic requirement. They are just opening it for abuse."
