    "content": " I want to support the Chair and Hon. Chris Wamalwa that, when making laws, there are categories under which you can make laws. At the level where we are making this law, there will be no need of going into the fine details of how the Chair will be operating because that can be taken over by the Standing Orders of those assemblies. I would really plead with Hon. Oundo and the Chair, who is also a lawyer, that doing that will be engaging in nitty-gritties and we should not go to that level. Thank you, Hon.
