    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady. I rise to support the amendment. You will find that registration of ECD centres mostly affects the local communities. Therefore, if you leave it at the county executive level, it becomes very tricky for the county executive committee to know the exact locations and needs of that community. If we take it back to the committee the chairman has proposed, it will be easier for the committee to know the real needs of that area. Therefore, I support the amendment. Thank you."
