"content": " Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I just want to inform my colleague. This issue of notification and registration of our children has been streamlined. Nowadays you can even get a birth notification from the village elder, sub-chief, chief and even the traditional birth attendants, who have already been mainstreamed through the Provincial Administration. There is no way you can tell us that still, in this century, people cannot get birth notifications. We should not be retrogressive. We are progressing as a country. We have ensured that birth notifications are mandatory documents which a child needs to have. This amendment is not in order."
