    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady. The spirit of the amendment needs to incorporate the fact that we have different systems of determining age. We are talking about early childhood education. I would like to invite the Chair of the Departmental Committee on Education and Research to consider the fact that we will have a situation where it could be the birth certificate or an alternative way that determines the age. This is where we would have the birth attendant or some other means of verification. As the amendment is so open-ended, it would be abusive and go against the idea of early childhood and systematic order."
