    "content": " Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I want my colleagues to side with me in this amendment. The education policy is very clear. Children should not go to school during the holiday. There should not be any activities related to learning during the holiday. Asking a kid who is, say, one, two or three years old to go for tuition is unacceptable. I ask the Chair of the Committee to simply withdraw that particular provision because it goes against policy and it is generally harmful to the kids. Kids need to be kids. They need to be allowed to play during school holiday."
