Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I support but I am just wondering whether the spirit is to criminalise simple administrative mistakes that might happen all along like forgetting to enter the records of the child and other small things. The punishment seems to be too punitive. It is okay if it is to prevent any administrative mistakes but we should not punish administrative mistakes punitively. Thank you."
