"content": "You will find that whoever enjoys that situation of a buyer power can choose not to cover certain terms in the contract. They can decide to just ask the supplier to supply them with groceries at 8.00 a.m. and they will pay or even keep quiet and the supplier will not say anything. So, this Bill has listed critical items to be covered by the contract including the payment date and the conditions in which the contract will be operated, so that when there is a complaint by anybody or when the authority realises that there is likelihood that the player is abusing power, it will be easy to determine because they stated that they will pay within one month and have decided not to pay. So, it is important that we support that."
