Looking at the public sector, there is a lot of talk and push by the Government. Yesterday, the Acting Cabinet Secretary for the National Treasury, Ukur Yattani, said that both the national Government and county governments have been given notice to clear pending bills, so that we can keep our SMEs afloat."
